The Vedantic philosophical outlook is where I find confidence to script write and structure yoga class plans.<\/p>\n

Story telling in yoga helps design a yoga plan with a drama feel that can be interpreted in many ways. The essence of learning for me is to maintain the autonomy of meaning and respect of an individual\u2019s freedom to intemperate with\n their own experience and awareness.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Vedanta in my view is the \u201cstudy\u201d branch of yoga that inspires an individual to gain knowledge and awareness by immersing in Literature and Art.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
